Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

It's vegan, gluten-free and nut-free!


– Brussels sprouts – Avocado oil – Salt –  Black pepper – Garlic powder –  Lemon juice

Step 1

Cut off the stem edges of the Brussels sprouts, and remove any wilted outer leaves. Cut the sprouts into halves.

Step 2

 Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with avocado oil, and kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Preheat the air-fryer to 400°F. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and roast for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Take the air fryer basket out and give it a good shake and roast for at least another 5 minutes.

Your air fryer Brussels sprouts are ready to be devoured!
