Apple Cobbler (with Bisquick!)

Easy peasy recipe!

Use Bisquick to shortcut the process!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375˚F and grease a 9” cast iron skillet. In a bowl, combine apples, sugars, cornstarch, spices, vanilla, and lemon juice until coated.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar until well combined.

Step 3

Transfer the apple mixture to the prepared skillet and smooth out in an even layer.

Step 4

Spoon the Bisquick mixture evenly over the apples.

Step 5

Bake for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown and apples are soft. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
