Add mashed potatoes to a pan with turmeric, chili powder and salt. Add frozen peas and cilantro.

Dust dough with flour. Roll into a circle. Slice into two semi-circles.

Fold the wrap to make a cone. Stuff with potato filling. Fold over to seal the cone.

Coat the samosa with oil. Place in a baking pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning over halfway through.
- To store, I wrap them in foil and then reheat them in the oven for 5-10 minutes. - When you have leftover samosas, you can break them up and make samosa chaat.
