Clean the cabbage thoroughly, and chop it into small sections.

Heat oil in pan. Saute cumin seeds, mustard seeds and onions.

Add tomatoes, green peas, turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder, and sauté.

Add the chopped cabbage and salt. Toss and fry until it's soft.

Add coconut milk, and stir to combine well. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
