Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Super easy recipe

Garlicky, creamy and straight up delicious!


– Olive Oil – Whole Milk – Fresh Parsley –  Cream Cheese – Garlic Cloves – Butter

Want a stovetop version?

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them. Then, chop the potatoes into even-sized pieces.

Step 2

Place in the instant pot and manually pressure cook on high pressure for 7 minutes, followed by a quick release.

Step 3

Allow the leftover water to cook off for about 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients to the Pot.

Step 4

Use either a potato masher or whisk to combine all the ingredients until desired consistency is achieved.

Step 5

Taste and add more salt or pepper as needed. Serve with freshly chopped parsley, and a slice of butter.
