Instant Pot Apple Butter

This Instant Pot apple butter recipe is super easy, made with just a few simple ingredients, and requires very little active prep time! Great to gift during holidays.

What you Need

Cook the apples


Add the apple pieces and other ingredients to the Instant Pot and cook for 5 minutes. Allow a natural release of 20 minutes.

Make the dal


Once completed, open the lid carefully and check the consistency of the cooked apples. Scrape the bottom of the pot.

Blend the apples


Blend the cooked apples with an immersion blender.

Cool and store


Once done, allow the apple butter to cool, remove the cinnamon stick, and place it in an airtight jar with a lid.
