What you Need

Make the kimchi-roux

Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté finely chopped kimchi for about 5-6 minutes.

Make bechamel

Add flour and stir well. Slowly add cream or milk and seasonings.

Make cheese sauce

Turn the heat to low and stir in all the gouda, and half of cheddar and parmesan.

Mix pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, stirring well.

Broil the dish

Turn the oven to broil setting and pop the baking dish into the oven. Broil until the cheese on top has melted.
