Chocolate Chip Cookies

Super easy recipe

Soft, gooey  delicious &  so easy to make!


– butter – brown sugar – granulated sugar –  vanilla extract – egg –  all purpose flour – baking soda –  baking powder –  chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 380°F. Cream together butter, granulated white sugar, and brown sugar.

Step 2

Add a large egg and vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.

Step 3

You can either use a large mixing bowl to mix the dry ingredients and set aside.

Step 4

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients but don't overmix! Then, add chocolate chips, and fold them into the dough.

Step 5

Using cookie scoop, portion out the dough.  Place each portioned cookie ball, evenly spaced, in one single layer, on your cookie sheets

Step 6

Bake for ~9 minutes. Let them rest for 2 minutes on a cooling rack, and then devour!

These are usually gone before I know it!
