Lemon Ricotta Pasta

Classic, easy  delicious &  ready in 15 minutes!


– Linguine – Full fat ricotta – Parmesan – Lemon zest – Lemon juice – Salt – Black pepper – Arugula leaves

Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Toss in pasta and cook to package instructions until al dente. Reserve pasta water, then drain and reserve the pasta. Turn off the heat.

Step 2

In the same pot, add ricotta, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until it's perfectly combined.

Step 3

Add the reserved pasta water to the sauce and stir until it's a smooth and creamy sauce.

Step 4

Then, add the pasta and stir gently until fully coated. If needed, add more pasta water to create a smooth sauce.

Step 5

Divide the pasta among bowls and top with the sauce from the bottom of the pot. Garnish with the chopped basil and arugula!
