Wash the spaghetti squash thoroughly. Using a fork, make small holes in the spaghetti squash skin.

Microwave for 4 minutes. Rest for a minute. Slice it lengthwise.

Scoop out the seeds and any loose fibers. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the slow cooker.

Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the squash is tender.
