Easy, Spicy Korean Gochujang Tofu


This gochujang tofu is my go-to tofu recipe – flavor-packed with spicy, sweet, and savory goodness! Not only is it a hassle-free, protein-rich meal, it's made with pantry staples and ready in less than 30 minutes.

What you Need

Make sauce


In a medium bowl, combine all the other ingredients to make the spicy sauce.

Add tofu


Add the tofu to the sauce and toss to coat uniformly, flipping them over.

Bake or Air fry


Spread the tofu on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Or, air fry for 10-12 minutes.

Garnish and serve


Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

- To achieve a golden brown and crispy tofu, use extra firm tofu. - Lightly coat tofu cubes with cornstarch or tapioca flour for added crispiness.
