This spicy vodka pasta is rich, creamy, flavorful, and done in under 30 minutes. The combination of spicy red chili flakes and creamy vodka sauce will surely please everyone at the dinner table.

Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté shallots first and add garlic.

Add tomato paste and cook through. Add red chili flakes.

Add a splash of vodka and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
