Vegan Drumsticks

These vegan drumsticks are a perfect plant-based alternative to chicken drumsticks. They're easy to make, healthy, crunchy, and delicious!

What you Need

Make wheat meat


Add meat wheat ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.

Add wheat gluten


Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add the vital wheat gluten and mix it up.

Knead the dough


Knead the dough and shape into a ball. Divide the dough into 8 pieces.

Shape drumsticks


Shape your drumsticks into a pear or traditional "drumstick" shape. Pierce each piece with a skewer.
