Eggs Avocado Dijon Mustard Greek Yogurt Lime Juice

Boil eggs for 13 minutes. Remove from pot and place in an ice bath to cool completely, then peel them.


Slice the eggs in half, remove the yolks, and place in a mixing bowl. Set the whites aside.

Add avocado, lime juice, Dijon mustard, Greek yogurt, and seasoning to the yolks. Mash until the mixture is smooth.

Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Garnish with chives and paprika. ENJOY!
