In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, butter, and milk. Stir the mixture over medium heat.

Take the saucepan off the heat. Add corn, and other ingredients. Stir everything together.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the baking dish, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake it for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle chives and serve!
