Potatoes turmeric olive oil salt garlic powder red chili powder
Wash and quarter the potatoes then boil for 15-20 minutes until a fork can easily pass through.
Add garlic powder and red chili powder to olive oil and mix. Drain the potatoes, allow to cool completely then pour on half the oil mix.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Softly smash them using a fork or masher. Drizzle remaining oil on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 425F, flipping halfway through. Or, air fry for 20 minutes at 400F. Serve with fresh herbs and grated cheese if desired.
