Easy to make Super versatile Vegan Fluffy and delicious
All-Purpose Flour | Sugar Fast Action Yeast | Milk | Salt Butter | Water
In a large bowl combine the sugar, yeast, salt and water and stir well. Set aside. Heat milk, water and butter in the microwave.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Add more flour as needed while beating, to make a soft dough. The dough should be slightly sticky to touch.
On a lightly floured surface work the dough with your hands until smooth and elastic. Cover and allow to rise for 10 to 15 minutes in a warm place.
Divide dough into 12 equal balls and place in a greased baking pan. Cover and let it rise for an extra 15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool in the pan, then brush a little extra melted butter on top and serve warm.
