Rice Mung Dal Mixed Vegetables Mustard Seeds Ginger Turmeric

Key ingredients

Rinse the rice and dal thoroughly to remove dirt and excess starch.


Heat oil and add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and ground coriander. Then, add ginger and turmeric and sauté for a few seconds.

Add in mixed vegetables, rice, dal, and water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Consistency should be a porridge like texture.

Season with salt and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot and ENJOY!
