Gochujang Cauliflower

Ingredients

– Cauliflower – Korean gochujang sauce – Tahini sauce – Soy sauce – Fresh lemon juice – Olive oil – Garlic powder – Salt

Step 1

Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 10-15 min. Once the cauliflower is soft, drain the water and blot it using a clean towel.

Step 2

Make the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, tahini, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 3

Smear the cauliflower with this sauce, making sure to get the crevices.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cauliflower on the sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh herbs, spring onion or cheese.
