Key ingredients

Peel and chop potatoes into even sized cubes. Place in Instant Pot with garlic and water. Pressure cook on high for 7 minutes.

Instructions

Push potatoes to one side and set to “Sauté”, allowing any water to cook off. Add whole milk, butter, cream cheese, and salt and pepper. Mash to combine all the ingredients.

Serve with freshly chopped parsley, and a slice of butter! Enjoy!

Notes

If you mash and still see lumps, you can run them through a sieve or a ricer for really smooth and creamy mashed potatoes!
