Curly Pasta Kimchi Heavy Cream Cheddar Gouda Bread Crumbs

Key ingredients

Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta. In a large skillet, melt butter and saute kimchi for 5-6 minutes.


Whisk in flour to create a roux. Add the cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder and whisk well to form a fluid mixture.

Add all 3 cheeses and whisk to create a gooey cheese sauce. Add in the pasta and some water and stir well.

Add the remaining cheddar, parmesan and the bread crumbs and broil for 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with Korean red chili pepper. Serve hot, hot, hot! ENJOY!
