Cream brown sugar, melted butter, eggs and vanilla together. Add pumpkin puree, and mix until combined well.
Whisk pumpkin pie spice, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Slowly add it to the pumpkin puree mixture.
Preheat oven to 375°F, line a muffin baking tin and fill with the muffin mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Let them cool for about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
