Roasted Chana

Vegan, nutritious,  delicious &  so easy to make!


– chickpeas – avocado oil – Kashmiri red chili powder  – garlic powder – cumin powder –  coriander powder

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas and dry it thoroughly. Remove any loose skins

Step 2

Throw on a baking sheet , and drizzle with a tablespoon or two of avocado oil and coat evenly

Step 3

Place the baking sheet into the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Step 4

While they're roasting, mix the spices in a large bowl. Once they're out, throw the chickpeas in the mixing bowl and toss to coat evenly

Step 5

Add a teaspoon of avocado oil if you need it to stick. Enjoy!
