Green Beans Urad Dal Chana Dal Coconut Mustard Seeds

Key ingredients

Trim and chop up green beans. Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.


Grind urad dal, chana dal, red chilis, and salt into a fine powder.

Add mustard seeds and urad dal to the skillet. Then add green beans and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add dry spice mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the shredded coconut and give it all a good mix.. Serve hot! ENJOY!
