All-Purpose Flour Salted Butter | Baking Soda Pumpkin Pie Spice Brown Sugar | Pumpkin Puree Granulated Sugar | Vanilla White Chocolate Chips
Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together, then combine with the wet ingredients and mix well. Next, fold in the white chocolate chips.
Chill the dough for at least an hour, then scoop onto a baking sheet, at least 1-2 inches apart. Bake at 380°F for 9 minutes.
