These three-ingredient Nutella cookies are the perfect way to end your dinner. They're easy to make, only take 25 minutes and a delicious, sugary treat!
In a medium bowl, add the Nutella and the egg. Mix until just combined.
Add the flour (all at once) and mix to medium speed for about 3 minutes or until you get a uniform sticky dough.
Cover and place the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Form 12/15 balls from the dough. (25 grams each)
Use your finger or the bottom of a wooden spoon to press the center of each ball to form a well. You'll later fill this with more Nutella! (Note, this is optional, but highly recommended!)
Place the balls 2 inches apart onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350°F until edges are golden, around 10 minutes.
Let them cool for about 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Then, pipe more Nutella onto the cookies if you're planning to do this, and enjoy!
Notes
You can either drizzle the Nutella on top of the cookies or use other melted chocolate and dip them in. If you want more flavor, try adding chopped hazelnuts or sprinkles.
