Instructions
Add cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and cinnamon (if using) into a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness as desired. Add a small splash of lemon juice for brightness, if using.
Transfer dip into a bowl and pair it with your favorite fruits like strawberries, apples, grapes, pineapple, or melon slices.
Notes
Make sure to blend the cottage cheese until it's super smooth; a high-speed blender or food processor works best.
Pair it with sliced apples, strawberries, bananas, pineapple chunks, grapes, or rice cakes. Also delish with pretzels or graham crackers!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Stir before serving.
Optional add-ins: a spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (for a chocolate version)
