Instructions
Add the cottage cheese and ranch seasoning to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and stir in the chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
For best results, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. This allows the dip to thicken slightly and the flavors to meld.
Notes
If your cottage cheese is watery, drain off excess liquid before blending.
Even a short chill (10 minutes) improves the flavor; overnight is even better.
To make your own ranch seasoning, mix 1 teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon each of dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder, ¼ teaspoon dried chives (optional), ¼ teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
