Smashed Potatoes

Precook Potatoes

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F. Add potatoes tray or cookie sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the seasoning

Add garlic powder and red chili powder to 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well using a fork.

Coat the Potatoes

Pour the seasoned oil into the mixing bowl with parboiled potatoes and coat all the potatoes evenly.

#1: Bake Smashed Potatoes! 

Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and using a fork or back of a glass, smash potatoes. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

#2: Air fry smashed potatoes

Place the smashed potatoes in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve & Enjoy!

Top with fresh herbs  or cheese of your choice!
