Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 mins

Bake Time: 45 mins

dry ingredients

In a large bowl, combine sugar, 1 packet of fast action or instant yeast, salt & flour.

wet ingredients

Heat milk, water & butter  in a glass jar for 45 seconds to 1 min in the microwave until warm.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients!

form the dough

– With an electric mixer, beat  for 2 mins.  - Add more flour as needed till  a soft dough forms.   - Take dough to a clean, lightly floured surface & work with your hands for about 7 to 8 mins.

let the dough rise

Put the dough back in the bowl, cover with a clean cloth & leave to rise at least 10 to 15 mins in a warm place.

form the dough balls

- Scrape the dough from the bowl & divide it into 12  balls.   - Place in a greased baking pan.

Cover with the cloth & let it rise for an extra 15 to 20 mins  (or as much as possible).

bake!

Bake the dinner rolls for  20 mins, checking in  at the 15 min mark.

serve & enjoy!

Brush a little extra melted butter on top & serve warm.
