Avocado Deviled Eggs

Super easy recipe

creamy, delicious, and easy to make!


– Eggs – Avocado – Dijon mustard – Lime juice – Greek yogurt – Salt – Black pepper – Paprika

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and use a skimmer to place the eggs in the pot. Increase heat and cook the eggs for 13 minutes.

Step 2

While eggs are boiling, prepare an ice bath by adding ice cubes and cold water to a large bowl and set aside.

Step 3

Remove the eggs from the pot using a skimmer and place them in the ice bath. Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and set aside.

Step 4

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks  and place in a medium sized mixing bowl. Set the whites aside.

Step 5

Add mashed yolks along with Dijon mustard, fresh lime juice, salt, pepper, and avocado to a bowl and mash to combine.

Step 6

Use a spoon to fill the whites with the yolk mixture. Garnish with chives and paprika or even pickled onions!

These are usually gone before I know it!
