Jalapeños Sugar Salt Garlic Distilled White Vinegar

Remove stems and slice the jalapeños. You can wear gloves while you do this or wash your hands thoroughly afterwards!


Bring distilled white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Set aside, once sugar and salt dissolve.

Place garlic and jalapeño slices in a jar, and pour the pickling liquid over them. Allow to cool, then close the jar tightly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
